= Zdenda's Montezuma =

This game was written by Zdenda (Zdeněk Zubr). He took the game Montezuma's Revenge (by Utopia Software) as a reference.

== Game Start and Requirements ==

The game can be launched from FLOP reader, DOS or QMEG menu.

It is a single player game and is controlled with a single joystick.

From the title screen, the game is launched with the START key.

== Game Flow ==

The player controls a guy (named Pedro in the original game), who initially climbs down a rope. The aim of the game is to find the exit and leave the screen through it.

Various obstacles stand in his way, which will take his life on contact:

If you lose a life (and still has some left), you can continue by pressing the space bar.

There are also items in the game that benefit the player:

Doors (unlike the original game) do not prevent the player from moving right and left. Instead, opening them allows the player to pass down (fall through the floor) or up.

Points earned are displayed in the rectangle at the top right. The number of lives (including the current one!) is indicated by the number of hats at the bottom left.

== End of Game ==

The game can end in two ways:

  1. The player loses all lives, thus losing.
  2. The player passes through the exit, thus winning the game.

In either case, a new game can be started by pressing the START key.
